Travis Childers
has a degree in real estate and marketing from the
University of Mississippi. He has been a Realtor for
28 years, working as a broker, developer, builder and
certified general appraiser. He is a member of the
Northeast Mississippi Board of Realtors and past president
of the Four-County Board of Realtors. He has enjoyed
a life-long presence at Pickwick. |

Beth Davis has
been an active Realtor for twenty-eight years,
specializing in Pickwick properties. She resides in
Iuka, Ms. where she is involved in the Boys and Girls
Club, Pilot Club, The Iuka Methodist Church, The American
Cancer Society and Pickwick Yacht Club. Beth is a
past president of the Four-County Board of Realtors. |

Kortney Rooney
graduated from Tishomingo County High School in 2002.
She graduated from the University of North Alabama in
2006 with a bachelors degree in Human Environmental
Sciences. While at UNA, she was a member of many
clubs and academic societies. Kortney received her
Real Estate License in 2008. Kortney now resides
in Iuka, Mississippi where she enjoys time with friends
